One of the few remaining Moorish sights in Jerez, the Alcazar was an impressive structure surrounded by lovely tree lined terraces.

We weren’t sure what to expect so it was a lovely surprise to all around this site in the sunshine. Beautiful gardens, history, culture - all there.

Alcazar of Jerez de Frontera contains some pitoresque old palaces and landscaped gardens. It's a nice respite place at the edge of the old town.
