Allegedly the longest flight of locks in U.K. a great place to walk and watch the narrow boats during the season. Shouldn’t say this but fun watching first time barrow boaters on the canal! The Queen’s Head pub is in Stoke (Bromsgrove) - good food...More

Great place for a walk. Interesting heritage, good walking. On a hill of course, some rough / soft areas, but mostly excellent.

We took on the Tardebigge flight twice in one week (on the first and last days of our canal holiday). It's a 5 hour undertaking but satisfying, very scenic and well worth the effort. It felt like an accomplishment! It was also much quieter than...More
