Really enjoyed my walk in Langlands Moss. I have been back several times now with my dog and it has become one of our favourite walks. Lots of wildlife to be seen if you have a sharp eye and the scenery is quite something. 😊

Nature reserve that has plenty of different paths to follow. Can be boggy in parts depending on the route you walk. Make sure you bring appropriate footwear and clothing, as you can get wet/muddy very quickly.

Great place for the dogs, our westies love having their daily walk here. They often veer off the paths and make way to the river for a little paddle in all weathers

Beautiful nature reserve that had sadly been temporarily spoiled by vandals but is now being sorted. Can be boggy at parts depending on the route you're walking so it's definitely worth wearing wellies or waterproof boots.

Went out here, on the outskirts of East Kilbride, to escape the husltle and bustle of EK. Close enough that it's easy to get to, but far enough that you feel you're in the middle of the countryside

Langlands Moss is lovely piece of wilderness right next to East Kilbride. We crossed it as part of a walk from Calderglen to Auldhouse unfortunately, part of the boardwalk had been vandalised and needs replacement. The heather was beautiful.

Love the walks around Langlands moss. There is an information board showing the various walks you can go from short to longer walks. We usually take the path to the left and walk to Calderglen park, get a cuppa in the cafe and head back...More
