Not the best escape room we've done...by far. No atmosphere, can hear the buildings awful music blasting and the people in the arcades, as there's no ceiling to the 'room'. The screens didn't have sound for the introduction and no timer or game music, adding to the effect. The room didn't follow on in an order, so a lot of the time, you didn't know what you were looking for and had to keep asking. We did escape with just under 10 minutes to spare with 2 of us, but didn't feel like we'd achieved anything. Nice on a wet day, but wouldn't return to this venue.
James was a good host, but we've been to many others where the hosts are dressed up and in character! Sorry but there's far better out there! Hope you take this feedback on board.

As the title says, don't play Dungeon of Doom with any less than 3 people! My wife and I rang up on the off chance of playing an escape room yesterday (14/08/22) and were told that Dungeon of Doom was available at 4pm. We asked if it would be ok to play with just the 2 of us (3 times) as the website states minimum 3 people and were told yes it was do-able, its not, Emelia told us at the end when we had failed miserably that its impossible with only 2 people!
The room itself needs a little bit of attention to, without giving to much detail some things are looking a bit tatty. The lighting in the room is a bit to dark (I know its supposed to be a dungeon but) to see certain tasks, we were told to use our phone torch at one point. Also the noise from the laser quest going on in rooms around you makes it difficult to hear at times.
All in all, we didn't enjoy our experience (in fact we both said it was the worst escape room we have ever done) and we wont be returning.

Visited recently with a group of friends and opted for their dungeon of doom escape game. We all found the game really good fun with a wide range of tasks and challenges needed to solve all at varying levels.
Our host was very friendly and helpful and explained eveything in detail in advance to us and was available for clues if needed.
We added on a game of golf afterwards to make the most of our visit.
Price wise we found it all really good value and genuinely couldn't complain.

We went for my 9 year old daughter's birthday. Myself, my husband and our 4 kids aged between 14 and 9 so we opted for "Bunker 38" the "easiest" room haha. We thought we'd be out in 10 mins to be honest. We weren't expecting much but it was quite tricky in parts and had to ask our host Nicola for help several times. It was so much fun and exciting watching the time ticking down. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and my husband and I are definitely coming back to try the harder ones with friends. I would absolutely recommend it for something fun and different. Nicola was a great help and made it exciting for the kids. My daughter definitely had a birthday to remember, thank you!

Took the husband and two 10/11 year olds for our first escape room. Had absolutely no idea what to expect but I throughly enjoyed it.
We did Bunker 38 room and we escaped with 32 seconds to go (in reality, I think the lovely nicola who was our host somehow managed to make time freeze, wink wink, just so the girls thought they’d escaped - although we were only about a minute off).
The set up was really good - started with a short briefing session. We were given a walkie talkie to contact nicola if and when we got stuck (quite often). She was great and gave us gentle nudges in the right direction.
Altogether a great afternoon out, would definitely return and try one of the other rooms!

Our kids (age 9-12) enjoyed this room today. It’s the second one we’ve done and we’d definitely come again. Nicola is fantastic at giving just the right amount of support.

My son has been dying to go play an escape room in real life for years. I booked bunker 38 for him and his mates to go as part of his 11th birthday celebrations. Big thank you to Nicola the Clue HQ staff 👍 They literally had so much of a good time, I need to take them back in the school holidays to see if they can complete the other rooms 🕵️♂️

Completed the dungeon of doom with around 12 minutes to spare. The room was exciting but sometimes had us stumped so it gets those brains working. Puzzles were exciting. James our host was so friendly and welcoming, made our experience that little bit better. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to other groups.

We went ito the room and received a walkie talkie for help. There was a sceen on the wall which displayed the time and some clues. The challenges were hard, and you had to think outside the box.Overall it was a fun experience for everyone.

Had a great time escaping from cell block C, the puzzles were well put together and the room had a good flow. It was some of our groups first escape room experience, and it definitely surpassed expectations.
Nicola was an amazing host, always polite and helpful, making sure we were on track when we came to a dead end.
Would highly recommend doing a room here, we are already looking on when we can return.

Lots of parking in the streets if going at night. Car parks within 5 minutes walking.
