This is a jewel in Perth's crown. Beautiful views, lots of trees, grass and cycle paths. You can hire kayaks, take a river ride in a gondolaor just walk along the foreshore and observe the birdlife.

Visited near the Narrows Bridge today. Overlooking the Swan River towards Kings Park, the Old Emu Brewery, UWA in Crawley and Pelican Point. Plenty of activities for all - fishing, walking/jogging, boating relaxing and jet-skiing. Watched the jet-skis zooming around - quite fast into the...More

We walked and sat around the South Perth foreshore near the bridge for three hours which was wonderful. We watched the boats going under the bridge, ski boats and jet skis. Time to play cricket, soccer and talking.
