We happened to pass this place and it looked interesting so headed back the next day. We had never heard of it nor seen any adverts. It definitely deserves more advertising as it's well worth a visit. The water mill and museum are lovely to...More

If you are able to climb old wooden stairs and duck around a bit this is a very interesting mill with surprisingly ingenious features. But the entry price is not justified. True, there is a cafeteria but that would not be a reason for visiting.

The buildings and the setting are lovely, but that is it, it is SO run down. The museum side of the War memorabilia, and household items was very interesting. The mill building looks like it needs a good clear out of cobwebs, dust and muck...More
