The staff here made it - very informative, approachable and knowledgeable, our children got plenty of time to hold owls. Display was excellent. Well done. We would really recommend this place. It really was the handlers who made it a 5 star review.

The web site (which is equally acessible to you) says 11-5. There is also a phone number; I would take the precaution of calling to confirm a few days prior your visit.
