Friendly staff moved chairs into the balcony for us to sit outside at our request. Cappuccino 2.50€. Lovely view. A lot of the upper floor is a gift shop.

Despite all the signage and the brochures this place is not open. In fact, it took us a bit of wandering around and asking to find this out -- the public library downstairs let us know.
