if the salmon is this good after refrigeration i can only imagine how good it would be fresh from the smoker - regretfully the "center" only offers a movie of the smokehouse itself and not a tour of it - hot smoked salmon in all...More

A small place, a shop really, with an area set aside with seats where you can watch a 7/8 minute video about the history and smoking processes used. We arrived and although they were expecting a large tour group the staff were more than happy...More

More a lovely smoked fish shop with additional tasty items than a full-fledged visitor center. If the video isn't playing and you would like to see it, give an ask. Offers both hot or cold-smoked salmon, as well as trout, mackerel. Also a selection of...More

Excellent service here and “Tony” gave us a great warm welcome as we browsed about and watched the video on how they prepare the world famous Smoked Salmon. Well worth the visit and will call again.
