After arriving by a short train ride from Dublin, I walked around the port and docks. Lots to see and do, great restaurants. Saw grey seals chasing after fishing boats. After looking around, stopped by tourist info, who were so helpful. After looking at church...More

Wow oh wow... words can’t really describe how beautiful this cliff walk is. We had sun, rain and even some hail during our 3 hour visit hiking along the various trails. And YES, rainbows too! It’s a photographers paradise... but there are dangerous areas along...More

After visiting the harbour and the small village of Howth we took the coastal walk . It was great ! There is absolutely nothing except stunning view over the hills, the cliff and natural landscapes. I really loved it

Don’t miss this incredible beautiful walk if you love nature and are staying in Dublin on a non-rainy day! Wear good walking shoes. Train from Dublin takes 30 min and a two-way ticket is only € 6,25. Highly recommended!

Howth coastal road is a must for tourists, I've bring there loads of friends and they were always amazed by the landscape. The variation of colours and light , during the change of the seasons, makes this place magic :)

This is a great day trip from Dublin. Only a short train ride away, the views are spectacular. After the coastal walk, be sure to stop at a shop along the pier for fish and chips!

It is possible to hike the trail late December. However, if it is a rainy, wet day, it will be muddy and slippery.
