Visited this beautiful area, Yeats weeks Atlantic way and visited the waterfall. Nicely kept with safe walkways and base of waterfall can be easily accessed by wheelchair users. I couldn't manage the steps to the top but enjoyed sitting at the well positioned benches to...More

I liked the nature surrounding this site. The running water, trees, lake, mountains, birds etc. There is a wonderful cafe at the site.

Even on the rainiest of days it was beautiful . Good parking facilities beautiful surrounding and on seasonal months a lovely tea shop

About an hour. Take the N4 (main road) to Sligo and its another 15 mins or so up from there.

No Cathy, it's really close to the carpark and the few steps are wide and levelled. You'll love it there.

You can get up close to the waterfall with a pram. There are steps at the top if you want to get very close but you can see all you need to see without climbing the steps
