No, not when we were there, and from the look of it, not at other times either. There is a small building by the car park, that has toilets and seems to have a small office. But I don't see how they would enforce paying... More

About an hour. Take the N4 (main road) to Sligo and its another 15 mins or so up from there.

The parking lot is within a 5-10 minute stroll away from the waterfall with lovely sights on the way. If you also want to kick back and relax there is a tea shack en route as well. I myself made the visit with a 4 month old... More
