We loved our very first visit to the baths. It was more than I anticipated. It was so relaxing and feeling really refreshed afterwards, relaxed and invigorated. Highly recommend a visit to the baths.

Booked in for a back massage followed by a seaweed bath. The massage was amazing and the seaweed bath is a fantastic experience . Excellent, friendly and professional staff

If you are near Sligo you should try this out. This is my favourite way to relax. Steam box and bath followed by a cold sea water shower.
