You can drive down the road and park at one of they many spots. You can also drive down further if you dare, but it can be slippery and only one car in one direction at a time I believe. There are multiple foot paths...More

The day we visited, the wind was blowing so hard (and cold) that I could not safely go down the hill to the beach. I walked about half way down the hill for photos, but I had to prop myself up just right to avoid...More

We had a lovely walk on this beach. A great place to stretch your legs while driving a ring of Kerry.

Parking seemed a bit precarious, some parked on the road down to the beach, there is a bit of room to turn there. It was a windy, overcast day, but the we walked the beach ad the sun came out. Beautiful. No amenities. No need,...More

We love visiting Coumeenole Beach. It is such a beautiful beach with gorgeous views at the top and lots of room on the beach itself. It's a great place to visit whether just for pictures or to stay a while and enjoy.

Seemed like a great beach but it was so windy and raining that being on the beach had us wet in a few minutes of being out of the car. There is parking right down on the beach and trails near by if you have...More

It takes almost half an hour to drive from Dingle to the beach as the road is a single lane one. But it hugs the ocean for the final 4km or so and it’s a glorious drive on a sunny day. The vistas were gorgeous...More

The hike was an easy 15 minute walk. The only difficult part was figuring out which way to get over the fence without getting caught on your clothes. Walk slow to give the sheep a chance to get off the path.
