nice walk along river after visiting bakewell pudding shop.great for wildlife ,swans,geese and many species of ducks.also when crossing bridges keep an eye open for the trout as there were many when we visited.

We very much enjoyed the walk through the Wye valley and we would have liked to walk even further but strength and time did not permit.It was very pleased to find the whole area very clean and tidy.Well done.

The Bakewell stretch of the River Wye, is outstandingly beautiful and has just about everything feature, you could wish to enjoy.

I always like going for a walk along the wye especially the Bakewell stretch. It is a very tranquil area watching the ducks.

This is such a lovely river that winds its way through the spectacular scenery. We spotted some very large trout in the shallows.

A better bet would be to park in Baslow and walk around the Chatsworth estate. That's better for pushchairs and there are several excellent pubs and restaurants in Baslow.
