The staff are so inexcusably rude and the food is overpriced and discusting. Has the potential to be a great place as the play area is a good size so a massive shame. Think they need to rehire

Staff were miserable and the floors were stained and filthy. Never seen it so disgustingly filthy. The “slippery floor” sign was encrusted with dirt and filth. Really put me off ever visiting again 😷🤢

This is our 4th visit. Although the play equipment is good for both older and younger kids, its been dirty and messy every time and the counter service is always slow! It could be a really nice place to play.
