Great views, clean beach. There is a large carpark at the beach which is free. Public toilets are well maintained. This is a great place for families.

Beautiful place with wide beach of golden sand. Bit cold when we went so we just looked at it from a cafe, but I imagine it’s beautiful in summer.

Great beach for a stroll and if you adventurous for a dip and some surfing. Great views out over the coast and across to the Republic of Ireland.

The strand Beach is a great beach, it is managed by the National Trust so if you are a member you will not have to pay a parking fee. It is atleast a mile long only part of it can be accessed by cars so...More

A lovely place to walk and exercise our American Akita.The water was freezing but he loved the sand and dried out seaweed.we all worked up quite an appetite here.

Lots of free parking right next to the strand....also just a short walk to Barry's and cafe etc
