walk by the river any time of year, Houghton Mill is stunning. The tea room serve up a great cream tea and the scones are I believe made with the flour from the Mill.

Very nice place to visit - a working mill and you can buy the result! The local village is lovely and we stayed at the local caravan site. We aim for one NT property a month so this ticked a box!

Great place, lovely cafe, great place to walk your dog, and just hang out with your family as well. The ability to tour the mill and see how it works.

Lovely walk around the Mill and through the village, it is always lovely to see how well kept it all is, the walk along the river is also worth it.

A quiet little place to visit. Small cafe. Ample car parking on rough grass. Nearby campsite. Close to the river with a working lock where boats pass through. Walks available too. Dogs welcome. Entrance to site is in a cul-de-sac. Take care on entrance /exit.
