Its just a small drive up the hill. Once you get there the views are already incredible from the parking lot, but you can walk up a little bit as well for even better views. We were there on a clear day and the river...More

On a clear day you have a stunning view of Carlingford Lough, Cooley pennisula and Mourne mountains all rolled into one.

Flagstaff always takes my breath away. Lovely quiet place with spectacular views of Co Down and o'meath area. View from Newry to as far as greenore and greencastle. Place for picnic and able to play games on grass area.
