I bought this as a Christmas present for my friend and i to enjoy together. I can honestly say as an unfit person this was pretty gruelling. The whole tree top experience is so exhilarating but it really does require some strength and most importantly...More

That depends very much on the 60 year old. I am a reasonably fit 52 year old woman and would not hesitate to do it but I am familiar with the course. It is obviously not suitable for anyone who does not like heights and you need to be reasonably methodical with the carabiners. The little tester at the beginning, gives you some indication of what is involved and at that point, I think they give you the option not to proceed and to resort to the nearby cafe in the woods to wait for the rest of your party. Hope this helps.
