Had good beer, good food, pleasant staff. Situated in an old grocer’s shop, completely refurbished but still the old windows. Great outdoor area by the side of the river, lovely on a Sunny day, though They can be few and far between in Marsden.

Been coming here, off on on, for the past sixteen years. Always had good service and a decent pint. My choice of pub when visiting Marsden.

Not been for years so thought I’d give it a whirl. Pretty good. Fine selection of ales and good atmosphere with mixed clientele. Had some food. Cracking burger and chips. Went down a storm. Toilets a bit rancid though. Need a proper clean for me.

Great makeover and it is much cleaner. The new look upstairs area is lovely. Comfortable sofa and nice chairs to chill the night away in. The menu has been simplified which is better and seems to be being enjoyed. I love this pub and the...More

Food is always excellent. Sometimes gets a bit noisey in the restaurant when the bar downstairs is busy.
