Paradoxally the directions from Sebes are very clear (maybe excluding turn left after highway) but road is extremally bad even in dry season and not for normal car. It is better to see from highway or walk.

To get there just take the road towards Daia Romana, and after you pass under the highway turn left on the dirt road. From that point just follow the sign toward Rapa Rosie.
