It was a nice place to visit. However the weather was not good to us, but even with this, everyone still had a great time.

It was a whimsical and fun tour. In the middle was an informative story about the northern lights. Nice way to spend some time and learn about elves.

We visited with our 2 young children who loved it! You each have your own audio set which talks about different folk stories, and the history of elves, as you move through different rooms in the museum. It is quite dark inside, a bit like...More

In my opinion it was interresting. The trolls are missing but i think that is ok. The staff is pretty nice and the stories are really interresting.

If your answer is yes, then you should visit the Elves museum (and also the nearby ghost museum - that's the more scary part). There you can find stories about the elves and also about how the northern lights are working and what's their cultural...More

I'm not sure I can find anything good to say about this place. My immediate words after we left were, "I want the last hour of my life back." The ghost part stunk so bad I had to walk around with my scarf over my...More

We have travelled all round Iceland and seen some fantastic sights and visited some wonderful musuems. Unfortunately this is not one of them. Firstly, the audio guides simply don't work. There were four of us and not one of them worked properly. The exhibits are...More

Icelandic wonders is a nice and creative introduction to the world of trolls, giants and elves, and thus to the heart of Icelandic mythology. Cool props, interesting stories and a very welcoming staff. Have a look.

We were excited to see this big location for the possibility of shopping. But upon entering were sadly disappointed by the basic things we found. Don't go out of your way to go there, only stop by if you go to the restaurant.
