Probably the best ‘surf’ beach in Port Stephens. Can sometimes be quite rough but otherwise completely beautiful and a great location.

Unpatrolled beach. Very quiet nice small waves and easily accessible. Lots of room for families to bring frisbees and balls to play with without really impacting others. Some rocks so just need to be careful when swimming. No toilet facilities

Small beach, not as busy as the bay across the road. Great place to watch the sun rise. Beautiful location.

Early morning walk, great beach with stunning sunrise pictures to be had, lots of swells not suitable for young kids. Great beach to escape the crowds

Australia has a plethora of nice beaches. This one is good if you are looking to an open-ocean aspect instead of the adjacent bay in nearby Shoal Bay.
