Visited here as part of a tour, thoroughly enjoyed my visit, the museum is very good and there is plenty of information available to do a self guided tour. The Terrace of the Lions is truly incredible, thankful that this site is being preserved

You can join the guided tour at Delos but you have to specify date and confirm the booking.

Yes there are tour guides at the entrance to Delos. Ask your catamaran company. I am sure they can make a recommendation.
