A fabulous historic spot. Unfortunately, it is lack of proper management. For example, it is very hard to find the way to the castle. If you walk from the train station. Go through the Stadtturm (town tower). Twenty meters west to the Löwenbrunnen (lion fountain),...More

A castle ruin above the municipality of Baden with a very nice view over the surroundings. Good place to relax and enjoy the view.

You can basically not get a better view over the coty than from here. The stairs up the hill are a little exercise, but it’s really worth it for the views. Ruins as a whole are always fascinating, but the way parts of the coty...More

I must have been here for hundred of times already, usually after meals. Very easy ascending/descending. Normally it takes half an hour from one side to another. Nice view especially at dawn/dusk.

Hiked up here during Badenfahrt 2017. Nice way to get above it all, not crowded. They've got info signs all over (if you speak german or want to translate it) and the hiking trail goes through it.

As an high point in Baden, it overlooks the Baden city for both the old center and the modern one. If the weather is good, you can see snow capped Alps in the horizon towards Zürich direction. A must-see if you visit Baden.
