Really awesome, beautiful town but many of the shops and businesses are closed until Spring. We found this out the hard way haha. We will be back when the weather warms up.

Miltenberg is a wonderful Medieval town with many half timbered houses. There's also a castle that sits on the hill. It's well worth a visit.

Another stop on our Viking cruise, Miltenberg oozes history. Our guide, Andy, gave us a very good over view of the town's history. Would have loved to have had another few hours to really investigate more of the side streets, little shops, the local castle...
