This is a fantastic way to see the Old town and all of its highlights. We saw intricate murals on colorful half-timbered houses and beautiful elegant baroque architure. The town hall is suspended onily just, above racing waters, reminded about Venice.

Bamburg wins the award as the very best town in Germany; the amazing structures, castles, churches, houses, shops and streets are a treat to visit. This is German History from 1200 to 1900 displayed in it's original form.

no English commentary, very uncomfortable seats, mostly a tour of the various nice housing areas but it was a good opportunity to see Altenburg, where the bus stops for 15 mins to allow a walk around.
