We offer Treetop adventure courses for kids & adults; catering to all fitness levels, from Beginners to Advanced. Our trained instructors provide a safety briefing before embarking on your adventures and on-course support to all participants. Experience 2-hours of adrenaline-pumping aerial obstacles and zip lines; while being snugged and secured in a harness. Reach new heights & challenge yourself as you progress & conquer their fun-filled obstacles such as cargo nets, balance beams, zip lines, skateboards, Tarzan Swings and so much more. What an amazing experience! The obstacle courses are thrilling but so safe and secure. We attended with a group of eager young boys and the instructors were so patient and helpful with us. The care and attention to details was so great.

Very disappointed in Acrobranch Hillcrest. We attended a birthday party at this branch and, as busy as they were, they were greatly understaffed. My sons harness was not put on properly and fell to his knees while he was on the red course at the middle of the "DNA" section. He is 10 and had to hold on till we could get an assistant to get him down safely. They assistant was busy assisting in the middle of the green course and we had to wait in that unsafe and risky situation till he was done. My son and I were terrified! Why on earth does this obstacle course with ziplining not have full over the shoulder harnesses? Why isn't there at least 2 assistants for each course or anyone to safely send of the children on ziplines nor receive them on the other side? While we were there we witnessed another child from a different group go onto the zipline with just the safety hooks and not the 'spongebob' wheel. He then got stuck and needed to be assisted mid air (the zipline above party areas). There was a lady that hit the tree at the end of the same zipline very hard as there are no speed breakers towards the end of any of your ziplines. This was a life or death situation and could have ended very badly if my son was not able to hold on for that long.
I know our school had taken our grade 9s to this branch for an outing and they also were not assisted or supervised by trained staff.
I will definitely not be visiting any acrobranch in future and will make sure the parents I know are informed aswell. This place is lacking safety standards and poorly managed. The kids need full over the shoulder harnesses and helmets.

We held my son's 11th birthday party here and the kids had an absolute blast.
The service from Acrobranch was exceptional, from beginning to end - I first emailed them to book a time to check the place out, which was arranged easily. Pearl, the Customer Service Assistant Manager, kept in touch with me over email and telephone over the following weeks and made booking a breeze.
The staff at the venue are fantastic. Super friendly and very patient and kind with the kids. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. They get the kids harnessed up and then take them on a mini training course to get them comfortable. Thereafter they can hop on the course and do it as many times as they like within the two hours. The staff are always there to assist, so if anyone gets stuck they are helped out promptly (and frequently! :-) All I needed to do was wander around and take photos, which was a pleasure. They had so much fun it was difficult rounding them them all up to cut the cake.
I bought the green/blue combo for the kids, which worked well for the various levels of confidence. Green is moderate, blue more advanced. All of them managed the green and most did the blue too. About three quarters (including the smallest kids!) did the zipline too. What's nice is there's no pressure. If a kid wants to get off the course half way a staff member will come and help him down.
A note if you're having a party: Table/venue hire and catering is done through The Potters Shed, a separate entity. It's worth ordering platters in advance. I didn't know this was an option so was unnecessarily frustrated at the slow service to start with, but we sorted this out. The party packs were good quality and the food is good.
We'll definitely be back to Acrobranch, (my son is already asking when we can go ) and I'm looking forward to doing the courses myself.
