My husband lured me to France with tales of the wild & crazy Camargue--the swamp with the white horses, black bulls and wild flamingos. When we got there we were deciding how to spend our day checking out the Camargue and went with this, as...More

My review will have to differ from the others. We expected a rich natural environment to see birds "at home". But it was a disappointment. The long walks wind around the same ponds, with lots of flamingos, but very little other species. Of course, what...More

This was a nice place for a good walk while viewing a large selection of wildlife. The predominant feature of course are the flamingos but there is so much more than that. On our visit we also saw herons, storks, a black kite, coypu and...More

Such a nice bird park, but maybe October was wrong time to visit. There was flamingos, ducks and different kind of storks and some camargue horses, but that was all. Maybe they have more birds during springtime. Walking routes were ok and there was several...More

You’ll see flamingos in different places in La Camargue but nowhere in such numbers and so close up as here. It’s all brilliantly signposted and with information boards galore, in English too. We dicovered a hide where we were virtually on top of the birds....More

Flamingos are nice but not much else. Maybe the season was not right. Mostly was nice and daughter loved flamingos. Bird towers were lousy.

This site could be so good, nice location in the Camargue, but sadly has the feel of being very tired and run down. Larger cages with birds in are overgrown and have patched wire, one completely empty or so it seemed. Small guide sheet fairly...More

Take the time to make the drive to this park. I live in Florida and have never seen this many flamingos. We were just going to do a quick stop, but ended up staying for several hours. Very peaceful and so much fun to watch...More

This place is a bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Situated in the Comarge nation park, famous for wildlife and salt mining, this little managed wetland park gives you lots of info about the local ornithology. But the big draw are...More
