This is one of the numerous towers of Mont St Michel, but still worth a visit. Also take some time to look up the history of it, when and why it was built.

This tower seems to have been the stronghold at the end of the battlements. I walked past initially to find the small chapel around the back of the island. Cool to look at, it also has a ramp that leads down to the water. You...More

It's a nice tower, part of walls surrounding mont saint Michel. Picture perfect, but not much to do apart from taking few photos and going someplace else.

Well worth the visit and the effort getting to this site. On a clear day the views are excellent, especially when the tide's out.

As you stroll the fortified wall there are a series of tours worth exploring. They are best for picturesque seascapes and landscapes beyond.

This is a nice quick pit stop. Nice view of the tide and space around this mount. Apart from that, there is nothing else to do when the ground is mushy. Enjoy the stone masonry. This spot isn't that popular but if you want a...More

Everywhere on Mont St. Michel seems to offer very nice photo opportunities. Gabriel is lower down and is thus much more readily reached. Has nice vistas of the sands surrounding the Mont. Enjoy....
