We liked the light and airy ground floor of the museum and thought the exhibits were well displayed. It's fascinating to see what has been found nearby in the Mediterranean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They explained that they were reducing the price...More

Having wanted to visit for a long time, I was not disappointed. The Museum is in a very nice park setting, has a good lay out of their displays and is light and inviting to wander through, all on one level. Strange thing however, the...More

If you find yourself in Cap D'Agde, this museum is definitely worth a look. It's small, so we got through it quickly (in about an hour).

Pleasant afternoon in a smart little museum. Some good artifacts - more an hour's visit than anything though.

We arrived about a hour before lunch closing and the staff told us we wouldn't have time to "do" the museum and offered us an open ticket for the day. We were short on time so decided to rush around - big mistake! This place...More

We went to the museum basically because it was raining, a rare event this summer, and we were surprised and delighted. In the middle of an industrial-sized beach resort, here is an oasis of culture! Beautifully and accessibly presented as well as scholarly, it gives...More
