Ruins are interesting but rather limited. A brief stop off, nothing more. difficult to really get into what they have uncovered.

Nicely presented, however this is not a huge attraction. Coupled with the Matisse and the Chagall museums, it makes for an interesting variety of attractions.

Well this is very hard to find we must have spent 30 minutes looking hard, when we found it the first comment was is this it! It was a dull and dark wet day and did not even bother to take a picture, it is...More

although there are street signs, the amphitheater ruins are not that easy to find. I almost felt like I stumbled across them by accident even though I was specifically looking for them. at any rate, entry is free. a number of visitors remark their disappointment...More

If history is your thing you've just got to visit these ruins. There are so many sites of evidence of the Roman civilisation impact on southern France, you could visit almost every city and come across something to see, and this would be an integral...More

Hidden in a housing estate, this is not easy to find, but is a site on the historical trail and worth calling in for a few minutes. Not much to see, not as well preserved as some other roman ruins, but of course, still interesting

We were on a town walk, there are several of them, so passed it on the walk and had a look. Not worth making a special trip to see it, not much is left.

We walked around for ages trying to find it before realising we already had. This is a very small area, down badly signposted tiny back streets, which has been made into a modern garden area. There are a few old roman columns and arches but...More

This is a really badly signposted ancient ruin and very disappointing when you do find it. We asked several local people directions and most didn't have a clue where it was. It is surrounded by tall flats and there are only a few columns and...More

This is a hidden gem, as others have said it isn't the easiest to find because it isn't well signed and it rather hidden away almost in an apartment complex. Since Beziers isn't massively touristy out of season there isn't a throng of people to...More
