Involve yourself in the foodie experience by wandering this place and enjoying oysters and wine, or fish you have chosen cooked for you before buying cheese and salad to take home

After wandering around the market, we decided to try one of the outside restaurants, in particular to sample the fresh fish. This proved to be a good move and the fish of the day was excellent. Give this place a try and have a leisurely...More

One of the bars in this indoor market does the best bacon and eggs for a very reasonable price. You can also buy cuts of meat in the market and they will cook it for you and add some sides for a few euros.

It's a French market! If you are into iron work then you may like but it's just like all the others you have seen.

Work in progress at the moment as the environs are being dug up. But good stuff with nice cafes nearby. Well worth a visit.

Closed on Mondays. Area around the market is under reconstruction and the condition of the footpaths are terrible.

It is always fascinating wandering around market places in France, bursting with local produce, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, meats, preserves, local delicacies etc. and Les Halles in Béziers is no exception. It is well worth a visit.

It's such a shame that we were disappointed with Les Halles, for a second time. We came last year on a Sunday and thought Friday would be more vibrant but there were few stalls open and not necessarily exciting or friendly.

Made us wish we were self catering so we could buy fresh stuff but the stalls selling it closed at about 1.00pm. We had an interesting pizza while sitting at a large barrel for a table.Felt a bit French.
