A pleasant indoor covered market with many small restaurants. Very pleasant for a wander around. Les Halles in Narbonne however is better, and bigger.

we tried to go there on monday, and it was closed, no food selling, just a restaurant opened inside...but in the same building we found a very interesting painting exposition, we loved it...

After wandering around the market, we decided to try one of the outside restaurants, in particular to sample the fresh fish. This proved to be a good move and the fish of the day was excellent. Give this place a try and have a leisurely...More

One of the bars in this indoor market does the best bacon and eggs for a very reasonable price. You can also buy cuts of meat in the market and they will cook it for you and add some sides for a few euros.

It's a French market! If you are into iron work then you may like but it's just like all the others you have seen.

Work in progress at the moment as the environs are being dug up. But good stuff with nice cafes nearby. Well worth a visit.

Closed on Mondays. Area around the market is under reconstruction and the condition of the footpaths are terrible.
