It was seething with people on the May 8 holiday - practically impossible to get a car park. Patience prevailed and we got to stop and observe right on the waterfront. Good to view with the tide out so our timing was great :-) 1785.

If you have a time, use a walk, nice surroundings, great views. Be aware that in France, the plants are protected by fence, but not the steep slopes with railings from wondering tourists :-), be careful in some areas.

Superb area to park the car & walk & explore the coastline and shore. Rocky in places so wear appropriate footwear. At low tide the Oyster beds were visible & quite interesting. Nice detours while driving to St. Malo. Enjoy ...

We were there the first time with not so low tide, we tried some outstanding oysters and seafood, did not really feel that different. The following day we stopped by to have seafood tower, it was absolutely low tide and the oyster farm lay exposed...More
