Not only the price was magically expensive, and they only have 3 elephants, the staff was horrible and not polite, they need communication skills course for better customer service. 😊

Absolutely terrible, horrendous rip off and staff were pushy and certainly not polite. The elephant ride was average to say the least. Don't do it, the guides are as culpable and a small Bintang cost 50,000RP.
