Dolphin Sighting Tour with Snorkeling

DOLPHIN OBSERVATION

Dolphin Watching is one of the most requested trips. Dolphins have lived free in Golfo Aranci for a long time and now recognize our boats. It starts from the MARINA DI OLBIA port and we make a tour to the Capo Ceraso and Tavolara islands. We visit the Doctor's Beach and stop for snorkeling. . In our excursions we offer a good aperitif on board based on always fresh Sardinian ingredients. We make numerous stops to enjoy the beautiful sea of Sardinia and take many baths to cool off after sunbathing. Furthermore, on the islet of Figarolo, among the Mediterranean scrub, it is often possible to spot the mouflons that permanently populate the island and, in the period of late summer, the gray herons.
We have experience in the field of boat trips for a long time, our excursion is now known as one of the best trips to do in Olbia and Golfo Aranci. We are waiting for you on board. Happy holiday

Great family oriented beach, water is shallow for awhile allowing the little kids to explore without close parental supervision.

The beach is surrounded by some hill, which protect it by the wind. Sand is fine grain, sea is mostly calm and water is really cristal clear. As fas as we could see there was no local bar selling food or drinks, except for hotels, not sure whether accessible for non-guests.

This is a beautiful beach in a protected area near to beach dunes. There is a limited size car park costing €5 per day in peak season, €3 from 16 Sep in 2018 for the low season. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach through a lovely area in the dunes consisting of trees and bushes. The beach itself is not wide but it’s long with ample space and is absolutely ideal if you have children. The water is shallow, is crystal clear and if you have masks and snorkels even better. The fish come right in close to the beach and some locals were feeding them on our visit. There was some seaweed washed up on the beach but it didn’t detract from what is a lovely beach in a fantastic spot with lovely views of the surroundings.

Very clear water and beautiful clean sand. Shallow water. Some rocky bits at the end. Dominated by one hotel and no public facilities. There is free parking at one end of the beach, otherwise it’s paid parking. Think there are sun beds on hire but we didn’t go looking for them. Busy in high season.

Not only does this beach have perfectly clear water (usually, very rarely the waves bring in seaweed) and a gorgeous view, there is a group of rock, a short swim away, where hundreds of colorful fishes aggregate!
