Not sure why this walk is considered easy unless the reviews are only talking about the very short flat part of the walk? We started at the bus drop off in Nocelle and from there the walk quickly became a climb up a lot of...More

My wife and I, both mature adults with a good level of fitness, would not consider this an easy walk. We walked the 6.7klms from Bomerano to Nocelle, and did it in about 2 hours. We suspect that the trail is being loved to death...More

The views are absolutely amazing! It was a real shame that we could only do the first few hours of the trail as it was closed due to previous mudslides. I went as part of a walking group, so I didn’t pay attention to navigating;...More

We took the bus from Positano to the top of the hill and just walked a short piece of the trail. Cheap and easy. There are multiple places you can get on the trail and walk various distances and activity levels.Cant remember the name of...More

After reading many reviews, my husband and I decided to give it a try! We stayed in Positano and decided to drive our rental car to Nochelle to avoid "the Stairs " we had heard so much about. We found parking right away and began...More

The hike was more demanding than we had thought. We went from Bomerano to Nocella which was suppose to be mostly down hill. We went up, we went down, we went up, we went down, you get the idea. The path was of course completely...More

We didn't do the full walk but what we did was fantastic. We took the bus from Positano to Nocelle and then walked the trail about forty five minutes out and then back. This gave us a taste of the hike and some fantastic vistas....More

We opted to start the hike from Praiano which is not for the weak. We're both 50 and physically fit and we were winded at the top as the stairs were spaced such that if you did them one at a time it was a...More

There is no need to walk any steps. The steps come up in the middle of the hike. Instead take the local bus from Amalfi up to the start (or from Positano to the other end). You can indeed walk part way and then turn around.

Hi! It's not that difficult, but is very tiring because of all the steps. I suggest that you don't walk the whole Trail, just walk as long as you feel good because Then you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
