I visited twice this week; first to taste many of the wonderful buffalo cheeses produced on site - including a wonderful blue cheese which I would highly recommend. The buffalo meat is well worth a try and it's much better for you than traditional beef....More

in a place that claim to take care of the environment I do not expect to eat in plastic plates with plastic fork and knife. Use bioplastic or, better, ceramics, glass and metal.
