This is an enjoyable place for a stroll, plenty of good eateries and coffee/pastry shops. And, of course , all kinds of outdoor gear! There is a parking area but if you are staying in a local hotel, you are better off walking.

I was lucky to be in town on the last day of their music festival. It was so much fun! The town is small but plenty to do and see and it is so vibrant! Loved it!

The centro storico of Cortina d' Ampezzo is a nice place for a typical Italian-style stroll, late afternoon, before having a fine Apero Spritz.

The center of Cortina is very quaint, it is not very large but there is a good supermarket and some really great places to eat! It is a good place to spend an hour or two walking around or to go out for a meal.

Center of Cortina is small but nice. You will walk through in just half an hour, so enjoy ice cream and cappuccino!
