One of my personal favorite cathedrals in Italy. There was no one there and I had the whole thing to myself. The decoration in not over the top, which I like. The outside has awesome swirly columns.

I liked more the part which you go down to stairs near the main altar. It is medieval and beautiful. It is a very big church for such a small town. Worth to visit.

We went here because my cousin got married in this cathedral! It was just lovely, exactly what you would expect of a wedding in Italy. The cathedral was charmingly beautiful!

Worth a visit at any time , but if you go on Good Friday and watch the religious procession leave the cathedral and make its way through the streets of Chieti. Be warned there are a lot of people who attend this event which I...More

We found this Cathedral really fast, but every door was locked and we didn't find out when the cathedral is open for Tourists. There was no sign or Infopoint. In the evening, as we want to drive away, the door was open. It's glory inside...More
