Nice coastal town about 30 minute bust ride from Rapallo. Many arcades which is great for raining day outings. Almost like a smaller scale Bologna.

A good selection of small family owned boutiques and cafes / patisseries. Pavements mostly covered by “portici” which is useful if it rains! The central part is all pedestrianised. Lovely to have a stroll and look at the shops and their windows displays. Not so...More

A bustling and busy centre which reminded us of other major italian cities like turin but without the huge distances to cover. A great place to stay and visit highly recommended

The whole area around this extensive shopping street is unreal. So many interesting things to see and do. I am surprised this city does not appear on more peoples radar scope.

The character of this area is given by the old porches and the line of boutiques, several coffee bars and specialised shops which cover the historic centre of the town (Caruggio Dritto), well worth a stroll.

First time here and we enjoyed it. Nice place with a market every morning and a second hand market on Saturday and Sunday. Lot of shop. Not so "touristique". Tradespeople friendly. Activities on the evening as concert or grande abbufatta. Choose the good beach (closed...More
