One of the most known cheese refiner in Italy, his shop in Bra (Piedmont, Italy), a tasting of 5 different Piedmont cheeses with a glass of red wine (see photo), all this during Bra cheese festival 2017. Can you desire more ?

This historically well know place is one of the best if you want to find a wide range of cheese and taste our great products. It definitively worth a stop there.

The personel are very helpfull for all information about different local and regional cheeses. We visited the rooms where they produce all local cheese. I think they have around 100 different cheese where you can taste them before buying.
