I have done many reviews for tripadvisor and you will see I am a genuine traveller/reviewer therefore please do not think i am being malicious in this review it is genuinely how i feel about this place. I have never experienced anything like this ever in my life. Blatent racism towards us. On our first visit the manager made a comment about us in Italian and our waiter laughed. I asked what he had said (friendly and to be in on the joke not realising what he had said) and the waiter stated that the manager had a bet with him that we were German but the waiter won as he thought we were English. Anyway the point being is from the start they were clearly thinking about our Nationality rather than our custom. I did not stay for lunch on this occassion but the rest of my family did. A couple of days later i thought we would return to the restaurant as i had not eaten there and wanted to try the food. This is where it got worse. We sat at the table and i went to change my baby's nappy (toilets are disgusting and so is the changing facilities which is basically on show to those eating indoors. When we returned to the rest of the family we waited another 10minutes and still had not been served or a drink order taken. We asked a waitress (miserable face) if we could have our order taken and she said 'in a minute'. we heard this phrase in Italian for probably about 10minutes. Other tables (Italian customers) were getting served even though they had arrived after us. The manager didnt seem to care when we asked him if we could be served. We then left the restaurant as it was clear we were not going to be served anytime soon. The worse restaurant i have ever been to. Such a shame and put a downer on the day. Horrible people.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today with my family. After waiting 20minutes for service we asked staff if they could serve us. Everyone kept refusing. When asking the manager he refused and served someone who came in after us. It quickly came apparent that he was not serving us due to being English. I have never experience racism like it and it has left my mother quite distraught. If you are English, or again Racism - avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!
