The home made pies were brilliant. Tons of filling, tons of flavour. The apples and fresh figs were delicious and reasonably priced

Do yourself a favour - do not buy any mass-produced pies in South Africa (sadly I can't mention names). Buy a Peregrine pie. No "filler" added, just generous quantities of filling and a lovely crust. Very highly recommended. Lots of other quality fare on offer...More

Great food, nice variety in farm stall and gift shop on premises is GREAT!! Play area for kids, and four legged friends also has a "rest room". Definitely a must when you pass on the N2
