If you are in the area then this is a lovely tour to take of the Roquefort cheese caves where you learn the history of the cheese, have a tasting and can buy some to take with you.

We were excited to take the tour of an actual Roquefort cave. When we got there we were charged the full amount but given a sheet of paper in English to read . It was all but impossible to read the sheet on the tour...More

We visited on a very hot afternoon so the temperature in the caves was very welcome! Very interesting tour with knowledgeable guide. Generous tasting session at the end of the tour. Very reasonable price for tickets too.

From what I remember, the tour is about 1 hour and run on a hourly basis. Probably less when it is not high season. The lady would did the tour when I went only spoke French as well for your information. Let me know if you... More
