Beef Sandwich- fabulous!

Great roast beef sandwich and chips - they even brought us some gravy! Great beer and super service.

This pub has recently started doing Sunday lunch. A two or three course option is available. We tried it and was not disappointed. The beef was tender and pink. Thai fish cakes were also good and the fruit crumble was shared as portion sizes were...More

We decided to walk over to the Lord Clyde recently just for a social drink and were pleasantly surprised to find that new owners had taken over the pub. It has previously been a fine dining pub and we felt was too expensive for us....More

I was meeting a friend for an early evening meal. Cool reception, no ambience. Poor choice if you don't want the taster menu. Over priced for the experience we had. No other customers apart from a few drinkers when we arrived.
