We had a lovely evening, really enjoyed the play, such an amazing cast. I would like to give a special namecheck to Alan in the box office and commend him for his patience in dealing with the two dizzy blondes who had turned up on...More

It was great to score a 20 pound ticket just before the show to join friends who had bookings already. What was interesting is that the outlets on Leicester Square had indicated the show was "sold out". The F row in the Grand Circle was...More

I love Oscar Wilde, but an Ideal Husband was new to me. Given all the big established names who were participating, it was a pleasure to see Freddie Fox steal the show. We were in the Dress Circle, 3rd row, and this gave us excellent...More

I was delighted with my visit to see a matinee of Oscar Wilde's "Lady Windermere's Fan" at the Vaudeville Theatre. The location is excellent, very close to Charing Cross Station and near to bars and restaurants. The theatre is small with great sight lines. We...More

This theatre is a gem and perfect for its latest production: An Ideal Husband. The witty Oscar Wilde old warhorse contrasts well to the biopic A Happy Prince which is also currently on general release. The theatre is a five minute walk from Charing Cross...More

Quick bag check, pleasant staff. Great show! Would very much like to return to see their next Oscar Wilde play: The importance of being Ernest. Nice old theatre, talented actors, good decor.

"An Ideal Husband" is a favourite Wilde play. The charm of the Vaudeville interior is a good setting, and the stage set is splendid. The Victorian moral dilemmas are portrayed beautifully for a 21st century audience. Frances Barber is supremely brilliant as Mrs Chevely. Freddie...More

It is always nice to see a theater from yesteryear in good keep. This is a charming place with a good stage and lobby area too. The only comment is that there can be so many stairs to climb for the gents' restroom!

We saw a wonderful production of Oscar Wilde's "Lady Windermere's Fan" at the Vaudeville in March 2018. The theater is lovely but, alas, the seats...We bought our seats the day before the performance and ended up in the "Upper Circle" with a lot of school...More

Read a few of the reviews on this and I would say it’s pretty much as Wilde would have wished it. Not to be take too seriously a bit tongue in cheek. But it loses none of its wit and charm. Jenifer Saunders steals the...More

They upgraded us on entry to the side seats which were excellent so can't say what the view from the boxes would be but I think you can see well from every seat'!
