Visited here on a trip Iifracombe. The guide was very informative and made the history of the building come alive. There is a small tea shop and also a gift shop. This manor house is well worth a visit.

This is a must, the guide really makes you feel like there's something lurking around every corner, I had goosebumps galore the whole way round. Also the grounds are worth a walk around. Check your camera footage when you get back, you never know!

The history behind this house is nothing short of astonishing. The house, furniture and artefacts within are intriguing and the guided tour worth every penny. This was our second visit and there will be at least a third!

The guide made this house tour - with lots of interesting detail and entertaining/amusing info. The talk of ghosts was "toungue in cheek" but she made it almost believable! The toilet habits of our ancestors were a revelation! Although wet on day of our visit...More
