The park is beautiful and much bigger. The queues were very fast which was impressive! The Lion cubs are too adorable. The facilities are very clean.

Incredible park offers opportunities to play with cheetah and lions cubs and to feed the giraffes if they are hungry. Actual safari part was a slight disappointment as we had just been to Kruger National Park, may have been better if we had taken a tour. Playing with cubs and cheetah however was absolutely amazing and I would love to live... More

First time at the new Lion Park. What a surprise. Loved it. We went early to avoid any queues. Very clean especially the 5* bathrooms. Great on a self drive. The lions had just been fed as they were very sleepy. Could get up close though. Clean areas on the drive and great views. On the way out after petting... More

We visited the Lion Park with family on Christmas Eve. The park moved from a location closer to Johannesburg earlier in the year and this new facility is wonderful. Animals roam in large areas representing their natural environment and facilities for visitors are superb. We chose to take a self drive through the park - an unforgettable experience courtesy of... Took our grand children to this facility. We attended the predator tour of 1 hour with Sonnyboy, our guide. He was very friendly and we experienced great informative trip with him. He gave us a "knowledgeable lecture" of all the animals as well as additional information and he did this with great passion. The park and facilities is of a... More

We went to the Lion Park, the night drive and the feeding. It seemed a little short, but the time flew without a dull moment. great experience and the lions roars and grumbling was quiet humbling. 1) if you are going to the night drive for the feeding, come an hour earlier so you can feed the giraffes, rabbits, see... We had a great time! This included my 4 year old Son. We did the game drive, saw the Lions, Hyena and Wild Dogs. Our guide was entertaining and informative. The Shops are great for souvenirs we at one of the Restaurants which was good and the kids loved the play area and the interaction with the bunnies!

We went for the 45 min lion and wild dog safari which was very enjoyable. Unfortunately we couldn't feed the giraffe, a huge disappointment! All in all it was an enjoyable day.

I totally loved this experience with my 12 yr old who now wants to go back for a night drive to see the feeding sessions.... Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable about the all the animals... You can no longer drive in due to all incidents.... I found it a bit pricey for us locals but understand the tourist...... More

This was my second visit and I really enjoyed it - we chose the self drive option which I recommend as you have control over how long you stay at each sighting. We then went for a cub encounter-quite a long queue (30 mins) but worth it as the kids loved it. Some nice close ups with the 4 month... More
