Connecting the lower part of the town to the castle, its a lovely place to walk by, watch the life of the moored boats and relax. Lovely place to watch sunset from the hill next to it.

On a sunny day this is a lovely walk and takes in the splendour of the expansive sandy beach and the castle on the promontory. Walk to and around the castle and to the end of the quay.

Called here on Mad Sunday and it was very busy. There were bands on and tasty food stall as well as other stalls. Great atmosphere. Spent a nice afternoon in the sun sat near the beach next to the Castle.

This is a great place to holiday with swimming, walking and a castle. Easy to get around on the buses and plenty of pubs and cafes.
